Fruit khana Aik Achi habit hay...... Aur Greebo ki terha ki Fruit Shop pr khray ho kr bus Fruit k Current Prize maloom krna buri adat hay.... 
Doctor kehtay hain k Fruits ko Chilko sumait khana chaahiay... Me nay Water_Melon per try kia hay lakin koi khaas faida nahi hua  ..... Lakin ab Doctor log kehtay hain to theek he kehtay hon gay naa bhaiiiii
.
Kuch log Jaman ko b Fruit samjh kr khatay hain....aur khud ko ye keh kr tsali daitay hain k is me b kafi Vitamins hotay hain
.
Forum ki aik Decent Hasti ap sab logo k Favorite Fruits janna chahti hay.....
Phir ap ko btaya jaaye gaa k kis Fruit me kitnay Vitamns hotay hain.....Aur kuch Healthy qisam k tips b diye jaaye gain...
